Our Mision
- KMET has been providing multi level platform nonformula Wage Employment & Enterprises Development Training for BPL Families for triple Area people there is no age bar to train for sustainable Development. The Following Training Courses for Employment in the private sectors ,Garments , Automotive Industry, Hospitals , Beauty parlors and Marketing tie-up for sustainable income Generation on Individual bases.
- KMET has implemented a host of Wage Employment Development Skill Training programme and has trained more than 15000Candidates & Placed 92% of them. Our Organization has been able to Marketing Tie-up to sustainable Income. Like Big Bazzar, National Exhibition, Rural Agency, We have been in the Basic survey report, the Contents revealed, many of BPL Candidates willing to join & learn about Skill Training & offer for job with their qualification and Completion Certificates, find no ways or guidance for their further continuation of education or set-up of live hood. Most of Rural poor students searching for an alternative
livelihood training’s to then, whereat they unable to carry out their academic and professional Educational facilities, - Our Trust to need to start Job orientation Courses for employment in the private sectors. Our organization got a approval from Nursing , Rural Development, Govt. of Tamilnadu and also Tamilnadu University. After successfully Completion of their Courses, we assure to placement Methodology adopted for identification
and selection of beneficiaries. - Our Vision is to uplift the under privileged Weaker sections of the society & camp; especially, unemployed ,unorganized youth, women ,Children, SHG women. This is being done through an integrated participatory approach, with activities focusing on various skill development training programmes, education, awareness
building and income generation programs
- Our Organization Identify the Beneficiaries with guidance of Self Help Group furnished and Panchayat Union Assistant and Convener of the rural Development Agencies. Need of the project: Analyze and justify giving a brief write-up as to the need of project and whether needs of beneficiaries, their choices and preferences were ascertained to ensure their participation in implementation of project and maintenance of assets created etc., while formulating a need based beneficiary Kanniyappa Memorial Educational Trust

The trust has been registered with various bodies so as to offer courses related to health care, IT and other technical courses like NSDC _PMKVY ,
MSJE,NIEPMD,MOT,TNSDC,NCVT, AICTE – CEP Govt.of India MES-DGET Govt.of India.
