Kaniyappa Trust has implemented a host of skill training programs and has trained more than 15000
candidates and has been able to place 93% of them. The trust has been registered with various bodies so
as to offer courses related to health care, IT and other technical courses like NSDC _PMKVY ,
MSJE,NIEPMD,MOT,TNSDC,NCVT, AICTE – CEP Govt.of India MES–DGET Govt.of India

Our Organization Identify the Beneficiaries with guidance of Self Help Group furnished and Panchayat
Union Assistant and Convener of the rural Development Agencies. Need of the project: Analyze and justify
giving a brief write–up as to the need of project and whether needs of beneficiaries, their choices and
preferences were ascertained to ensure their participation in implementation of project and maintenance
of assets created etc., while formulating a need based beneficiary Kanniyappa Memorial Educational Trust
is a National Level Voluntary Organization founded by a band of committed, educated social minted people
for creating alternative, Appropriate, human centre, and community propelled creative self help
development initiatives integrated approach.
